2. Orders

2.1 Order Process

To place an order, the user must:

• Select the desired products
• Add the products to the cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Enter shipping and billing details
• Select the payment method
• Confirm the order

2.2 Order Confirmation

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase and your order number. The sales contract is considered concluded upon sending the order confirmation.

2.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to suggest alternatives or process a refund.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• The product must be intact and unused
• The original packaging must be intact
• The security seal must not have been removed
• The proof of purchase must be included

5.3 Return Procedure

2. You will receive instructions for shipping the return
3. Ship the product within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
4. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

6. Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month statutory conformity guarantee under applicable consumer protection law. In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to repair or replacement of the product, or a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, trademarks) is the property of Valuxxo Italia S.r.l. or its respective owners. Reproduction, even partial, without written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
