Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unused products in their original packaging. Returns are free for all orders placed in Italy.

How to Request a Return

1. 1Contact us by email at [email protected] stating your order number and the products you wish to return
2. 2You will receive a prepaid return label by email
3. 3Pack the products in their original packaging
4. 4Drop the parcel off at the nearest collection point

Refund

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
