If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 5 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, it is possible to request a refund or reshipment for the products ordered if:
you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (7 days excluding 1 day processing)
you receive the wrong item
We will not issue a refund if:
your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (eg providing an incorrect shipping address)
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (eg. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
