- Are Valuxxo products certified natural?
- Yes. All Valuxxo products are certified ECOCERT COSMOS NATURAL — the most rigorous standard for natural cosmetics. At least 95% of ingredients are of natural origin. No parabens, silicones, PEG or synthetic fragrances.
- How long does shipping take?
- Standard shipping across Italy: 2-4 business days. European orders: 4-7 business days. Free shipping on orders over €50.
- What is your return policy?
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened products in original condition. Full refund processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Do Valuxxo products contain parabens or silicones?
- No. All products are formulated without parabens, silicones, PEG, synthetic fragrances or petrochemicals. Certified ECOCERT COSMOS NATURAL.
- Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
- Yes. All products are dermatologically tested for male skin including post-shave sensitivity. Natural certified ingredients reduce irritation risk compared to conventional formulas.
- What is the minimum men's skincare routine?
- The minimum effective routine is three steps: cleanser, moisturizer and SPF 30+. Takes 3 minutes in the morning. Add a vitamin C serum for enhanced antioxidant protection.
- How long before I see results?
- Initial hydration improvements are visible within days. Sustained use for 4-8 weeks produces visible improvements in texture, tone and pore appearance. Anti-aging results (from bakuchiol or retinol) typically require 8-12 weeks of consistent use.
